What iGram Word does
iGram Word is a free, browser-based Instagram downloader for public content. It helps you save public Reels, photos, videos, carousel posts, and long videos so you can watch them offline or keep a personal copy. You paste a link, the tool finds the media, and you download the file directly. No app, no login, and no Instagram password are required.
How it works
When you paste a public Instagram link, the site fetches the public post on the server and returns the media files it finds. Reels and videos are returned as MP4 files with sound, photos as JPG files, and carousel posts as a list with one download button per item. If Instagram blocks the request, or the post is private, deleted, or login-restricted, the tool shows an honest error instead of a fake file.
Public content only
This tool is for public content only. It does not download private accounts, close-friends content, or Stories that require a login. Users must respect creator rights: download only content you have the right to save, keep it for personal use unless the creator allows otherwise, and always give credit when sharing someone else work with permission.
Not affiliated with Instagram
iGram Word is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of its respective owner. For questions, see the Contact page, and for the full rules, see the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
About iGram Word in brief
About iGram Word: this site is a free, browser-based tool for saving public Instagram content to your own device. It covers Reels, photos, videos, carousel posts, and long videos, one post at a time, with no app to install and no account to create. The tool works in the browser on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows, and Mac.
What this site does and does not do
It does fetch public posts and return the media files Instagram makes available, as MP4 for videos and JPG for photos, with one download per carousel item. It does not fetch private accounts, close-friends content, deleted posts, expired Stories, or Stories that require a login. It does not ask for an Instagram password, and it does not store your links or files on this site.
Why the limits are honest
When Instagram blocks a request or a post cannot be fetched, the tool says so instead of offering a broken or fake file. That honesty is deliberate: it protects your time and your account, because you are never asked to hand over a password to work around a limit. If a post is public and available, you get a preview and a download button; if it is not, you get a clear explanation.
