How to contact iGram Word
Use this page to report a problem with the downloader, a broken link, a privacy question, or a content concern. iGram Word does not publish a direct public email address on this page in order to reduce spam. If you manage this site, use the site admin contact route to follow up on reports; if you are a visitor, please check the relevant help page first, as most download questions are answered there.
What to include in a report
- The page where the problem happened, for example the Reels Downloader or Photo Downloader page.
- Whether the Instagram post is public, private, or deleted, if you know.
- The exact error message shown by the tool.
- Your device and browser, if the layout looks broken on mobile.
Never include an Instagram password, a private link, or personal account details in a report. This tool works for public content only, and it will never ask for a password.
Content removal and creator rights
If you are a creator and believe content should not be available through a public link, please see the Terms and Disclaimer pages. Include the public post link and a short explanation of your rights in the content, and the site owner can review the request.
